Carmelites of Mary Immaculate(CMI) Congregation is well recognized for its significant services in the field of education for centuries. CMI congregation runs more than 1000s of quality educational institutions including University, colleges, schools and professional institutions across the globe. Christ Group of Institutions made their presence at Malur in 2007 by starting Christ International School. With the vision to impart quality education Christ College of Science and Management(CCSM) was established in 2015 with UG programmes. Away from the noisy and bustling city atmosphere, CCSM provides serene and ideal ambience for teaching-learning process. In tune with the vision, 'Expertise and Excellence', Christ College provides expertise in academic system with dedicated and committed faculty,  well equipped infrastructure and pedagogy to bring excellent academic pursuers.

Envisaged as a centre of learning, CCSM currently provides high quality education in the field of Commerce, Management, Computer Science, Arts and Science. In the hands of veteran leaders, the college took its first steps towards the horizon of knowledge. The institution was started with 36 students and 5 staff, offering courses like B.Com, BCA and BBA affiliated to Bangalore University.

In 2016-17, the Department of Arts was introduced with Bachelor of Arts course with Journalism, Psychology and Optional English.

The year 2017-18, offered one more to its increasing casket of courses- Bachelor of Science with triple main in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics affiliated to Bangalore University.

In 2018-19, the college which started with UG programmes entered new heights with post-graduation programme- Master of Commerce affiliated to Bangalore North University. Best College In Bangalore.

 In 2019-20, the college with its track record has been offered two more programmes, Bachelor of Science with triple main in Physics, Computer Science and Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts with Journalism, Economics and Optional English affiliated to Bangalore North University.

With steady steps and experience of efficient and selfless staff led by a foresighted management, the college is developing into a centre of expertise and excellence. We have currently diverse students coming from the different spheres of life, culture, place, and region. In a short span, the college developed into a sprawling and picturesque campus situated in the tranquillity of village atmosphere.
